Yesterday was thanksgiving day and of course I worked. I actually can’t remember the last time I had the day off. I always work on christmas as well. I don’t have a husband or children to celebrate with. I can’t really stand my family so I see no reason to make someone else work when I would be more than happy to do it. The only thing I require on those days is the dinner. Turkey, Stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, my grandmothers fruit salad recipe, and of course pumpkin pie. All are a requirement. that is all. Yesterday I didn’t think i would get any of it. I was sad enough to cry. Can you imagine being sad over turkey? Well I was. I was shocked when my friend Debra brought me a plate. Now that is one of the most selfless things some one has done for me in a long time. My own family didn’t “feel” like bringing me a plate. It was kinda disappointing actually.

So wordpress has a stats section that lets you see how many people have read your blog. It seems that only four total people care about what I have to say. 4. The stats has recorded only four pople each day for the last 6 days. Now I know who three of those people are I think, but who is the fourth? This is a call to that fourth person. Whats up dude? Who are you? lol and leave a comment.

Over the last couple of days I have been working on a couple of graphic projects. The first was something that just came to me and I failed horribly. I wanted to make a line drawing of a girl that had eyes that changed color. I found a great .gif through google images. I changed it up and made it fit what I was doing. here is what I came up with

See the difference? If I could just merge the two I would be in heaven.
The second project I just completed today. Its a sign to announce the annual Christmas dinner at my job. I think it turned out great. I love it.
Ok well you know how my last post talked about how strange I was? Well this one will Explain what an idiot I am. I went to Hawaii about a month ago. In order to do that I had to put off some bills for the month before and the month of my trip. So I finally caught up on them all here in November. Or I thought anyways. I never paid my propane bill. I had the money set aside to do it but I just completely forgot. I even remember wondering how I had the money to afford new clothes when I last went shopping. Yep thats me. An IDIOT. now I have no heat. they had to turn it off today. I’m now typing in my extremely cute new gloves. And thats a hard thing to do. So wish me luck on convincing them to turn it on tomorrow.

It’s five o’clock in the morning and I can’t sleep.
I guess that in itself isn’t very strange.
How about its five o’clock in the morning. I can’t sleep so I decided to clean my very messy apartment.

It’s five o’clock in the morning. I can’t sleep so I decided to clean my messy apartment. I found a spider and I couldn’t kill it. It is under a clear plastic tup-a-ware.
I guess that still not very strange. The fact that I felt the need to write about it just might be though. I am terribly freaked out by spiders, and all creepy things that can crawl on you while you sleep. Not only do spiders scare me I can’t kill them. I have to capture them because the feeling of them being squashed is almost as repulsive as they are themselves.
So that is why there is now a spider chillin’ under a clear plastic tup-a-ware bowl on my kitchen counter. I have gotten up about five times while writing this just to make sure the stupid thing is still there. And to top it off I am more hyped then I was before and can no longer clean. I’m too scared that there is more waiting for me. This is one of the half dozen things I hate about winter. All the little ickies come out and play. I am completely convinced that this spider is really a spy of an underground spider colony looking for the person who killed three little baby spiders last week. Which just happens to be me. Yep spiders are out to get me. I will be holding this spider for ransom until they surrender.
And this is what happens to people who find spiders at 5am.

The person who actually asked for it to be done is a member of their site that I think just wanted to help. Her is what it looks like.

So I have two pages going on in this new blog of mine. One of course is the main page that you see this post on, and the other is titled ‘ About me…. yep one of those’ . It started off as just a quick summary that in two days has randomly turned into a small biography. I’ve decided that as I feel like writing about it I will keep updating it to let you in on what my life has been like before now. There will be a couple of sub pages there as well, that will have to do with my sisters. I’ve already completed one about my sister Krystal. And thanks Akemi for the nice comment.

It seems that I have been sucked up into the blogging community. Today I was talking via chat to two friends of mine. They were discussing each others blogs that they had recently created and I felt a little jealous. I wanted a blog too. So now I have one. I would never have thought of myself as the blogging type so I guess we will see together if I am. But then I would never have thought of myself as the forum type and I belong to one of the best forums out there. I am coming up on my one year anniversary at Surf the Channel.
